Well, Implementation Station is officially launched!

I was honored to be asked to speak at Stu McLaren’s Idea Incubator gathering in Anaheim at the beginning of February. What better place to talk about the Implementation of Big Ideas than at a place where entrepreneurs gather for three intense days to come up with Ideas. Here I am at one of the best features of Stu’s event, the Round Table discussion, where participants sit and the speakers rotate! In this small group setting, you can grill the speakers with all your questions. I’m looking forward to seeing what these folks implement this year.
